The World BPO Forum is the leading knowledge conference on BPO in North America. The 2011 Summit was targeted to help mid & large sized Our key Strategic Partner in the US is SIM (www.simnet.org) – an organization of 4,000 CIOs/CTOs/CFOs of mid sized US cos (with Revenues in the range of $ 250 million - $ 2 billion) – so the majority of Practitioner Attendees are from this group. In 2011, we also had IBM’s Center for CIO Leadership ( an organization of 2,600 CIOs ) as our Strategic Partner, with Mr Harvey Koeppel, its Executive Director, joining our Board as Vice Chairman.
Given the growing importance of multi-shoring, we would be delighted to have Kenya participate on a larger platform at World BPO/ITO Summit 2012. Brazil; Argentina; Poland; Scotland; Philippines & Malaysia have participated with us as ‘Country Pavilions’ over the past 2 years and we are in discussions with Colombia; Mexico; Egypt & Jordan for participating as ‘Country Pavilions’ in WBPO 2012.
